Thank you so much for taking the time to read through the information on this page. Here, you will find most of the practical information that you will need, including: service times, important dates, expectations for students/parents, etc. Our complete calendar can be accessed by clicking here.

Please feel free to browse the entire blog. Nothing is off limits to you because you are just important to us as your students. You are their “youth pastors” every day of the week! Be blessed.

the DEEP (Junior High: 7th-8th grade) — Mondays 6:30-8:00pm

• Students connect with others, play games, have fun, worship, learn from the words of Jesus, and apply them to their lives.
• Parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from the DEEP. Students will not be permitted to walk off our campus for any reason. This is for their safety.

Youth Alive (Wednesdays: 3:00-4:30pm) – this is a part of the After School Academy at Stephen Decatur Middle School — A pastor & teacher led Bible study for middle school students. Students ride the bus home at 4:30pm.

the DEEP (Senior High: 9th-12 Grade): Tuesdays 6:30-8:00pm

• Students meet corporately as a whole group and connect with other students, have fun, worship, learn from the words of Jesus, and apply them to their lives.

Youth Alive (3:00-4:30pm) – at Stephen Decatur High School — a student lead, teacher sponsored, Bible study.

HW Pre-game (4:30-6:00pm) – Students are invited to come to the Worship Center during this time to do homework in a quiet, warm, and safe environment. Once inside, students are not permitted to leave until 6pm. Specific rules are posted inside the Worship Center. The HW Pre-game is seasonal.

the DEEP Service Rules and Expectations: The rules listed below are not an exhaustive list and are subject to change, addition, subtraction, and/or modification at any time. They are in place for the safety of your student and for benefit of other students.

Jr. High:

• Only students grades 7 and 8 will be allowed to attend this service.
• Doors open no earlier than 6:00pm.
• Students will NOT be allowed to walk off property at anytime. 
• Students must leave the Worship Center with an approved parent/guardian.
• Students will be allowed to use the bathroom before the service starts at 6:30pm. After that they will not be permitted to use the bathroom.
• Students must stay for the entire service.
• Students must be respectful to DEEP staff.
• Students who interrupt the service may be subject to discipline and, if necessary, may be suspended from the DEEP for a period of time.
• Students may not eat or drink in the sanctuary.

Sr. High:

• Only students grades 9 through 12 will be allowed to attend this service.

• Once students enter the building to attend the DEEP service they will not be allowed to leave until it is over at 8:00pm (emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis).
• Students will be allowed to use the bathroom before the service starts at 6:30pm. After this time they will not be permitted to use the bathroom.
• Students must stay for the entire service.
• Students must be respectful to DEEP staff.
• Students who interrupt the service may be subject to discipline and, if necessary, may be suspended from the DEEP for a period of time.
